Red Bank Men Arrested by Little Silver Police

Two charged after separate motor vehicle stops

Two Red Bank men were arrested after traffic stops in Little Silver late last month.

John Calderone, 53, was charged Nov. 20 following a motor vehicle stop on Seven Bridges Road with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He also was arrested on a non-support warrant out of Monmouth County Superior Court. 

Officer Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

Brandon Strickland, 22, was arrested Nov. 9 following a traffic stop on Branch Avenue on a contempt of court warrant out of Keansburg Municipal Court. Officer Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.

Additionally, a student at Red Bank Regional High School reported a theft Nov. 21 after discovering that her cell phone had been stolen from her backpack during school. Officer Robert Chenoweth investigated.
