Red Bank Police: Disorderly Conduct on Shrewsbury Avenue

Two men from Red Bank and two from Red Bank were arrested.


Shrewsbury Avenue in Red Bank was recently flush with disorderly persons and someone allegedly obstructing the administration of the law all in the same night.

Two men from Newark and one from Red Bank were arrested on Dec. 8 and charged with disorderly conduct, a police report said. Another from Red Bank was charged with obstructing the administration of the law the same night, according to the report.

The men from Newark, Juan Martinez-Ramirez, 28, and 19-year-old Ivan Ramirez-Escalona were arrested by patrolmen David Smith and George Travostino.

A Red Bank man, Victor Bargas-Flores, 21, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Gannon

Another Red Bank man, Juan Ramirez-Vera, 27, was arrested and charged with the obstruction of the administration of the law by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
