Red Bank Police: Fugitive From Justice Nabbed on Drug Paraphernalia Charges

The following information was obtained directly from Red Bank Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

 

Red Bank police reported the following incidents and arrests in the past week:

• Criminal mischief and theft were reported on April 11, but occurred between April 2 and 3 on Shrewsbury Avenue. The victim reported that unknown person(s) cut locks to garages in the rear of a property and stole a table saw, chop saw, framing gun and two step ladders. Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• A theft was reported on April 13 at a West Front Street restaurant. The victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a wristlet type small purse which contained a drivers license, bank debit card and cell phone. Lt. Joshua Berbrick took the report.

• Criminal Mischief was reported on April 16 at a Maple Avenue parking lot. The victim reported that unknown person(s) keyed her parked vehicle in numerous places, incuding the hood, side, etc. Patrolman David Hicks took the report.

• Criminal Mischief was reported on April 17 on Shrewsbury Avenue. The victim reported that unknown person(s) smashed out the rear window of a parked vehicle. Patrolman David Hicks took the report.

Arrests:

• Lee Marchetti, 22, of Eatontown, was arrested on April 16 in the area of Leighton Avenue on charges of being a fugitive from justice, possession of hypodermic syringe and other drug paraphernalia by Patrolman James DePonte and Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Paul Procopio, 25, of Eatontown, was arrested on April 16 in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with possession of a crack cocaine, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman James DePonte.

• Whitney McDonough, 32, of Ocean, was arrested on April 14 in the area of Broad Street and Maple Avenue and charged wtih DWI by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Hilarino Acteopan-Serrano, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 14 in the area of Mechanic Street and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Garrett Falco. 

• Alexa Fitzgerald, 19, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on April 14 in the area of River Street and charged with for possession of CDS (marijuana less then 50 grams), disorderly conduct, resisting arrest by force and aggravated assault by Patrolman Thomas Doremus and Lt. Joshua Berbrick.

• Thomas Conley, 48,  of Red Bank, was arrested on April 13 in the area of Spring Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Gloria Chimello-Perecrina, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 12 in the area of Chestnut Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Garrett Falco.

• Brian Hann, 24, of Toms River, was arrested on April 11 in the area of Chestnut Street and charged with possession of CDS (marijuana under 50 grams) by Patrolman James DePonte.
