Red Bank Police Report: Cocaine, Weapon and Burglary Tool Possession

The following information was obtained directly from Red Bank Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

 

Red Bank police reported the following arrests from April 26 to 29:

• Lee Marchetti, 22, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on April 28 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of burglar tools and contempt of court by Patrolman Thomas Doremus.

• A 17-year-old male, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 29 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), under 50 grams of marijuana, by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Kevin Mallory, 27, of Keansburg, was arrested on April 29 in the area of W. Bergen Place and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), crack cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Donald Pusateri, 34, of West Long Branch, was arrested on April 28 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), heroin, by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Darryl Laing, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 29 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with resisting arrest, hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman James DePonte.

• Justo Vasquez-Varela, 29, of Colts Neck, was arrested on April 28 in the area of W. Bergen Place and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich.

• A 17-year-old male juvenile, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 27 in the area of West Street and charged with possession and consumption of alcohol underage, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, and hindering apprehension by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Christian Bauer, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 26 in the area of Bank Street and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman James DePonte.

* There were seven arrests on singular contempt of court charges.
