Red Bank Resident Arrests Out of Town

The following Red Bank residents were arrested recently in Middletown:

• Condida Raffaele, 50, of Dawnlee Drive, Red Bank (address/zip code), was arrested on April 16 by Patrolman Andrew Siciliano and charged with shoplifting from the Kohl’s store, Route 35.

• Lisa Lawrence, 53, of Locust Avenue, Red Bank, was arrested by Cpl. Patricia Colangelo and charged with shoplifting from the Kohls Store, conspiracy, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

She was held on $32,500 bail, with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Arthur Kaylor, 26, of Kimberly Court, Red Bank (address/zip code), was arrested by Patrolman Andrew Siciliano and charged with disorderly conduct. 

• Nicole Eskildsen, 24, of Louis Circle, Red Bank (address/zip code), was arrested by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with disorderly conduct.
