Shrewsbury Woman Charged with Heroin Possession
Police say Anneke Peck was in possession of needles and 21 decks of heroin.
A Shrewsbury woman is set to appear in court after police said she was caught carrying hypodermic syringes and a large quantity of heroin during two separate arrests this past week.
According to a police report, Anneke Peck, of White Street, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance following an investigation on Nov. 12 when police said they found her with 21 decks of heroin - or small baggies - and 11 xanax pills.
During a separate incident this past Friday, Peck, 38, was found to be in possession of two hypodermic syringes, police reported, an offense when there's reasonable a assumption that the syringes are to be used for administering a controlled dangerous substance.
