A Musician’s Workshop guitar teacher has been charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child after investigators discovered he was spanking a music student for his own sexual gratification, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced Friday. The alleged assault of the student, who was under 13, took place some time in the past few months.
