Former Red Bank Laywer Faces Racketeering Rap, Report Says

Paul Jannuzzo is accused of misappropriating millions in funds while serving as counsel for Glock.

According to Law.com, a website that claims to be a leading legal news and information network for attorneys, Paul F. Jannuzzo, a former Red Bank lawyer who later served as Austria-based Glock's general counsel and top executive will appear in court in October on allegations that he misappropriated millions of dollars from the firearms manufacturer.

Jannuzzo, the article states, will face trial Oct. 24 in Cobb County Superior Court in Georgia on theft and racketeering charges. Jannuzzo, counsel for Glock from 1991 to 2003, was extradited from Amsterdam this year. According to the report, Jannuzzo fled the country in 2009, shortly before he was scheduled to go on trial.

Jannuzzo, the article reads, served as assistant county prosecutor in Monmouth County before joining Red Bank's McKenna, Liska and Leone for a short stint in 1985.
