Zipprich and Lewis Maintain Council Seats
Incumbent Democrats hold on to their Red Bank Council seats.
Red Bank Council Democratic incumbents Ed Zipprich and Juanita Lewis both successfully defended their council seats Tuesday, beating Republican challengers Joe Mizzi and Mary Grace Cangemi.
At the final unofficial tally, Zipprich registered 1,053 votes. Lewis has 983 votes. Cangemi and Mizzi had 875 and 775 votes, respectively.
The council seats are three-year terms.
