FREE Reiki Healing Circle

To Your Health Holistic Wellness, Neighbor

Reiki Healing Circle ~ This 2 hour group activity includes group relaxation, meditation (guided, white light and deep breathing exercises), peaceful meditation, music and Reiki. Each person will receive at least 10 minutes of hands on Reiki while resting in their chairs. 

Healing Bowl - Put first names of those who need healing or help.  The group sends healing energy (group leader then sends Reiki to the names in the bowl during the week).

Reiki practioners are invited along with all others.  Each person pulls angel cards (Doreen Virtue) and we'll discuss lessons from the cards.  The group will need a leader to do guided and white light meditation and breathing exercises and lead the discussion.
