Join Carol Palmer, BA, Certified HealthEASE Instructor, Monmouth Medical Center to learn about osteoporosis risk factors, lifestyle changes for osteoporosis prevention, recommended calcium needs and falls prevention.  This program will take place at Thompson Park Visitor’s Center, located on Newman Springs Road, Lincroft.  To register call, 732-842-4000, ext. 1.  $20 per person.
