Red Bank Regional Plans Hurricane Relief Drive

Drive will take place both Sunday and Monday.

Red Bank Regional High School teachers, administrators and students have organized a donation drive to assist those impacted by Hurricane Sandy, RBR teacher Cassandra Dorn said in an email.

The donation drive will take place Sunday and Monday at the Salvation Army building at 180 Newman Springs Rd. Organizers are asking for donations such as bottled water, non-perishable food items, new sheets and blankets, new or gently used clothing, and toiletries.

Donations efforts are concentrated on helping students who come from Union Beach and were hit especially hard by Hurricane Sandy, Dorn wrote.
