Roller Derby Bout in Asbury Park!!!

The Jersey Shore Roller Girls and their awesome beach-side venue have survived Hurricane Irene and are geared up for another great battle as they celebrate a number of firsts!! This will be JSRG B Team's (The Beat Down) first ever home bout AND this will be the first bout since the Jersey Shore Roller Girls were accepted into the ranks of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA)!! Ithaca's League of Women Rollers (also in JSRG's graduating class from WFTDA's apprentice program) will be sending their Blue Stockings to take on the Beat Down. Please join us for a night of furiously fast fun!!!

Since their last bout was cancelled due to the storm, JSRG will be partnering up with two charities for this bout: The Frances Foundation (www.francesfoundation.net) and The Tears Foundation (www.thetearsfoundation.org). Please come out and support these two awesome organizations!

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the first whistle blows at 8 p.m. All ages are welcome but you must be 21 to drink. Advance tickets are available for $15 when purchased directly from a roller girl or $17 online at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/194522.  Tickets are $20 at the door, $15 with military ID and $5 for children.  For more information about the Jersey Shore Roller Girls, visit www.jerseyshorerollergirls.net or email info@jerseyshorerollergirls.net.
