Red Bank Catholic Celebrates its Senior Athletes

The Caseys recognized the efforts of their senior ice hockey players prior to a game against Howell Tuesday.

For 10 seniors, Tuesday night’s ice hockey game against Howell was the last regular season game they’ll play as high school students. Red Bank Catholic recognized the efforts of those 10 players in a short ceremony, one that got the parents involved, prior to the game.

The seniors were called over the loud speaker, one-by-one, and had photos snapped with their parents on the ice. A table was also set up with collages of each of the 10 players, many of them including photographs of their individual hockey playing experiences over the years.

The Casey seniors are: Forward Captain Matt Armenti, Forward Assistant Captain Sean Branagan, Defensemen Assistant Captain Dylan Chayes, Defensemen Assistant Captain Jesse Deatherage, Forward Assistant Captain Bryan Gaburo, Forward Mark Powell, Goalie Gavin Gatta, Forward Vinnie Loksa, Forward Patrick Dwyer, and Defenseman Dave Stickle.
