August is a busy time at the shore. The beach, sun, and pool all take up as much time as our schedules and the weather will allow. August is also a busy time for us at Monmouth Street Emporium.
Some people are just collectors, and use the warmer days to their shopping advantage (our extended hours don't hurt either!) Maybe it is that Italian porcelain that your grandmother used to have. You can't wait to go home and find the perfect place for it. Or it could be that antique wardrobe that would help you get organized and be the pièce de résistance of your home. Other people only decorate when faced with imminent out of town visitors over a long weekend. Whatever your "furnishing dilemma", we can help you through it!
