What's going on in the area this weekend

It's going to be chilly this weekend, and the indoor events going on in the area are enough to keep you warm and entertained for a few hours.

William Shakespeare's As You Like It, the zany romantic comedy that features the classic "All the World's a Stage" monologue, opens at the Two River Theater. The show, directed by Michael Sexton, runs from Jan. 25 to Feb. 16. Click here for more information and to buy tickets.

And, if you like decoys, then Saturday's event at Rumson Country Day School is the event for you.

The First Annual Exhibition of Sporting Collectible Art will he hosted by the school on Bellevue Avenue from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event will be flush with 47 exhibitors, including carvers, collectors and dealers, featuring wildlife artwork, such as the decoys, and photography. The work of local artisan, Rumson police officer Anthony Ciambrone, owner/operator of Oceanic Decoys, will also be featured. Ciambrone also teaches carving at RFH wood shop classes.

Bill Doggart, president of the New Jersey Decoy Collectors Organization, will also feature his work, among others. “This area is starving for a decoy show of this caliber which will bring the collectors through the door,” he said in a released statement.
