St. James Elementary School
732-741-3363
St. James Elementary School is located in the heart of downtown Red Bank and shares a campus with the parish, the rectory and Red Bank Catholic High School. The school was established more than 100 years ago, and has since expanded to accommodate growing enrollment for preschoolers through eighth graders. The current school was dedicated in 1960, and capital improvements have helped keep St. James Elementary up to date. Since 2000, the school has renovated its library and business offices, and has built computer labs, among other improvements. The school's mission is to "prepare students for their roles as contributing Christian members of society by providing opportunities for them to grow in the knowledge of God, self and the world in which they live."
