I have been a client for a few years and have had nothing but great prompt professional service! Dr. Fretta has done a great job in fixing a disfiguring impression on my face I have had to live with most of my adult life. Thank God I found him and his understanding staff!

I agree with Carol. The "owner" or whoever it is that sits at the front desk is the RUDEST woman I think I've ever met. I also had a problem in that for two of my 6 sessions, no hair was removed. and then when I went for my next session the machine was "out for service" ... which means that for my previous two sessions it wasn't working properly. When I asked for an extra session because of this, she said absolutely not!, and she "didn't know what to tell me". THEIR equipment is faulty but they do nothing about it. This last time I went, after the equipment was "recalibrated", they put it at the same level as the last session, and this time my skin was BURNED. That never happened before! SOO disappointed. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

The owner is so incredibly rude here and blames the customer even though they screwed up. I had purchased two Groupons for laser hair removal and have used 4 of the 6 sessions to date. I called the owner of the "spa" to see if I could transfer my remaining 2 sessions from my upper lip to my underarms. The owner then informed me that I only had one session remaining because I had not shown up to an appointment and therefore waived my session. I was never informed of this erroneous appointment prior, so I had no idea the appointment existed, therefore I had no chance of cancelling or rescheduling the appointment. When I told the owner this, she proceeded to rudely blame me that I waived my right to that session and "too bad that you didn't call to cancel". I kept telling her that it was her receptionist who mixed up the dates, but the owner just kept being rude to me and wouldn't listen to a word I said. Finally she said "fine, you can transfer ONE session to your underarm" even though I legitimately have two sessions left. When I told her that based on her rudeness, I didn't want it anymore and wanted my money refunded, she refused and told me to take it up with Groupon and then hung up on me. If this is the OWNER being rude to her customers, then at this rate, hopefully they will be heading for bankruptcy since all their customers will leave. Do NOT go here!!!

My girlfriend , mother , and friends all have been going to Medispa for the last 3 years. From laser treatments , to fillers , and facials - It's a beautiful ambiance and the staff could not be more caring , professional , and most importantly GOOD at what they do . I have been to many spas and I don't normally review anything online , but they are truly a special find . - Blake M.
