Tower Hill School is a private cooperative pre-school located at the site of the First Presbyterian Church on Harding Road in Red Bank. The pre-school program focuses on development and social skills children need before entering primary school.

According to the school, Tower Hill "sets the stage and provides materials for children to learn through discovery, experimentation and play."

Students at the school have special activities, which are supplemented with activity centers, including cooking, science and nature, painting and drawing, drama, clay and play, building blocks and others.

Tower Hill is accommodating of special-needs students.
