As a food-lover with Celiac disease, I usually have a difficult time finding restaurants with a diverse menu that can also accommodate those with a gluten allergy. The search is over. The selection of meals at Via 45 is spectacular, and they feature a menu that changes daily. Virtually all of the dishes are either gluten-free or can be prepared that way - including dessert. (Last night, for example, I was able to choose among a flourless orange cake, tiramisu, or peanut-butter mouse.) Additionally, I have found the service phenomenal and the overall atmosphere warm and welcoming. Whether you have a special diet need or not, I think you will be extremely impressed with the professionalism and gourmet cuisine at Via 45.
