The reality television star, notable for winning the very first season of The Apprentice nine years ago and his subsequent marriage to E! News co-host Giuliana Rancic, talked publicly for the first time about his wife's breast cancer diagnosis and treatment and sharing a personal life with the entire world. Rancic talked candidly about his marriage and family, his career and reality show Giuliana and Bill, and his wife's recent breast cancer diagnosis and all the unplanned things in life that happen when you are busy making other plans.
