Red Bank Primary School Principal Resigns
Erin Mulligan-Pierre steps down less than a year into the job.
Red Bank Board of Education accepted the resignation of Primary School Principal Erin Mulligan-Pierre on Tuesday, according to a report by APP.com. Mulligan-Pierre started in the position on July 1, 2012. She submitted a letter of resignation on Feb. 15 and parents received notification from the district about the resignation on Feb. 18, according to the report. Mulligan-Pierre worked as a teacher, grant supervisor and director of curriculum in Keyport before coming to Red Bank. Harold Reid will serve as interim principal until the position is filled, the APP.com report said.
