Sneak Peek: "Once Upon a Mattress" Playing This Weekend at Red Bank Regional

A glimpse into RBR's rendition of "Once Upon a Mattress," the musical based on the fairy tale, "The Princess and the Pea"

In this special video preview into Red Bank Regional's production of "Once Upon a Mattress," Dani Berkowitz of Shrewsbury shines in the spotlight as a girl called "Fred" who is sonorously serenaded by Prince Dauntless the Drab, played by Reid Henderson of Avon. The show features music by Mary Rodgers and lyrics by Marshall Barer; the musical is based on the fairy tale book, "The Princess and the Pea" by Jay Thompson, Dean Fuller and Marshall Barer. The musical opened Thursday, April 7, and will run throughout the weekend. Showtimes Friday, April 8 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 9 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 10 3 p.m. Tickets $15.00 General Admission $10 Students and Senior Citizens
