Often times, we find ourselves being overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of every day life. There is less and less time for us, and more and more things to do in the mere 24 hours in the day. To prevent becoming burnt out by the end of the week, many people have chosen to pursue meditation as a way of stepping back from the stress. “Anything can be considered meditation – just sitting, focusing on your breath – in your car, anywhere,” Pranic Healing practitioner, Debbie McCann, stated.
