Identity of Red Bank Homicide Victim Revealed
The Camden resident was shot sometime late Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office revealed the identity of a man it says was shot and killed in Red Bank sometime late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. According to First Assistant Prosecutor Rich Incremona, the victim was identified as Shapell Kendrick, a 32-year-old Camden resident. Kendrick's body was found in a single-family home at 97 W. Sunset Avenue by a family member before 9 a.m., authorities said Tuesday. Incremona said Kendrick died by gunshot and that the incident is being investigated as a homicide.
