Red Bank Man Indicted on Burglary Charges

Eduardo Luna-Martinez faces charges related to violating a restraining order.

A Red Bank man has been indicted on burglary and contempt charges stemming from a November, 2012 incident during which he allegedly violated a restraining order. Eduardo Luna-Martinez, 34, of Shrewsbury Avenue, allegedly broke a glass window of another Red Bank home, gaining illegal entry at about 5 a.m. on Nov. 11, according to court documents. In doing so, he had "knowingly violated" a restraining order set by Judge Louis Garippo, the indictment issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said. Luna-Martinez was initially charged with criminal mischief for smashing the window, burglary for entering the property and contempt for the order violation.
