Indictment for Near-Decade Old Alleged Child Sex Assault
A Matawan man was indicted on charges he sexually assaulted a child in Red Bank, Middletown, Keansburg, and Union Beach.
A Monmouth County Grand Jury recently indicted Thomas Dressler, Sr. on charges he sexually assaulted a 9 year old over the period of several months in 2003, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office announced. Dressler, 54, of the 300 Block of Main Street in Matawan, was indicted on three counts, Aggravated Sexual Assault and Sexual Assault, a first and second degree crime, respectively, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a second degree offense, after the grand jury found he assaulted a child, identified only as "K.D." in court documents, from June to October of 2003.
