Third-grade teacher accused of bullying; parents not satisfied with district's response
Charlie has been local editor of the Manasquan-Belmar Patch since December 2011.
He joined Patch as a contributor in December of 2010, and the following summer took on weekend editor duties for the southern-Monmouth/northern-Ocean counties region.
He also served briefly as the region's general assignment reporter.
Charlie graduated from Ramapo College, where he was editor-in-chief of the school newspaper.
He attended St. Rose High School in Belmar and has been a Wall Township resident for more than 20 years.
